A Note on Ingredients

Natural Henna vs. Jagua

Natural henna and jagua comparison

Natural Henna

Made from pure, dried henna leaf — no chemical dyes, no "black henna." Stains a warm reddish-brown that deepens over 24–48 hours and fades naturally over one to three weeks.

Jagua

Derived from the jagua fruit, jagua develops a cooler, blue-black tone closer to true black ink. A natural alternative for clients who want that darker finish without the chemical additives found in commercial "black henna."
