Policies
A few things to know before your appointment, so there are no surprises for either of us.
Appointment Policies
- Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please do not bring additional guests without notifying me at least 5–6 hours beforehand.
Deposits
- Individual appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit.
- Private events require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
- Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
- Deposits are non-transferable to new appointments.
Payment Methods
- Accepted: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash.
- Bookings over $250 require payment before services begin.
Travel
- Within 15 miles — Free
- 15–30 miles — $20
- 30–45 miles — $40
- 45+ miles — Custom Quote
Allergy Disclaimer
- Only 100% natural henna is used.
- Clients are responsible for informing the artist of any allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment.
Photography
- Photos and videos may be used for my portfolio and social media unless the client requests otherwise before the appointment.
Rescheduling
- One complimentary reschedule.
- Additional reschedules require a new deposit.
